Personal expressive calligraphy became an important tool for grounding me in the present and sustaining focus for hours at a time. It provided a safe space for me to release my emotions, develop a rhythm within the strokes and loops, and eventually, left me with with a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace. This journey resembled a form of active meditation, offering therapeutic and transformative benefits that improved my well-being. Before long, I realized I had created a healing ritual was comforting and effective in channeling my focus.

Hello out there. I hope you had a great Christmas! I had some quiet time this morning to listen to music while putting together some calendars. Here are some pix of my other packages I've been sending out. I will be adding posters to my collection. It completes the gift of cards. Time to take a break and catch the sun while it's out.
