Healing through art

Writing led me to the art of calligraphy. It helped quiet my mind and taught me how to fully feel what I was writing. The process became a form of meditation for me. I focused on my breathing and relaxed. I entered a cocoon of peace whenever I practiced this form of writing. The art that came out of it captured how I felt at that moment in time and showed me beauty, happiness, and love. They’re part of my journey moving forward when I didn’t know how. I’m sharing them with you here.
